1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOVR Health ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

SOVR is a personal health data analysis and education platform. We help you understand your biomarkers and connect you with licensed healthcare professionals. SOVR is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, and does not prescribe treatments. All clinical decisions are made independently by licensed physicians.

3. Not Medical Advice

Content provided through SOVR — including biomarker reports, risk stratification, supplement suggestions, and educational materials — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from SOVR.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide truthful health information, as inaccurate data may affect the quality of your personalized reports.

6. Physician Services

Licensed physicians available through SOVR are independent practitioners, not employees of SOVR. They exercise independent clinical judgment. SOVR facilitates the connection but does not control or direct physician decisions. The physician-patient relationship is between you and the physician.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy. Lab tests and prescriptions may incur additional charges.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and branding are owned by SOVR Health, Inc. You retain ownership of your personal health data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOVR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that biomarker analysis will detect all health conditions or that supplement recommendations will achieve specific outcomes. Individual results vary.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU residents, this does not affect your mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
